Prehem legal
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Prehem collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Prehem mobile app, website, support channels, and related services.
1. What Prehem Is
Prehem is a premium workflow mobile app for fashion designers, tailors, and atelier businesses. It helps users manage customers, jobs, garment measurements, fabric and reference details, sales, debts or balances, reminders, subscriptions, and daily business activity.
2. Information We Collect
Account information
When you create or use a Prehem account, we may collect your name, email address, phone number if provided, user ID, account identifier, authentication details, and workspace information needed to operate your account.
Business data you create
Prehem stores the records you add to the app, which may include customer records, job records, garment measurements, sales records, debt and balance records, reminders, notes, uploaded attachments, and fabric or reference images if you use those features.
App activity and diagnostics
We may collect app activity, feature usage, crash reports, diagnostic information, device type, operating system, app version, and technical logs to support security, reliability, troubleshooting, analytics, and product improvement.
Device or advertising identifiers
If ads are enabled, Prehem or its advertising partners may use device identifiers, advertising IDs, and consent signals where permitted by your device settings, regional law, and your choices.
Billing and subscription information
Premium subscriptions are handled through Google Play Billing. Google may process payment details, subscription status, renewals, cancellations, refunds, tax information, and related billing information under Google Play terms. Prehem may receive subscription status, purchase tokens, transaction identifiers, product identifiers, and entitlement verification information needed to unlock Premium access.
3. Advertising and Consent
Prehem may use Google AdMob to show ads to free users or to support rewarded ads when available. Where required, Prehem may use Google's User Messaging Platform or similar consent tools to collect and respect advertising and privacy choices. AdMob and related services may process advertising identifiers, device information, app activity, approximate location, consent status, and ad interaction data according to their own policies and your settings.
